ACCESSIBLE SERVICES
Wintrust Arena is pleased to welcome patrons with disabilities and offers an online guide for information on the arena’s many accessible features.
Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena. Adjacent companion seating and additional seating may be purchased based on availability. Guests needing to purchase accessible seating can contact the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office at (773) 325-7526.
Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Wintrust Arena Box Office which is located outside of the arena on the southeast side.
To request a reasonable accommodation, please contact Wintrust Arena at least five working days prior to the event. If you have more questions or suggestions on how to improve our continuing efforts to make your visit comfortable, please contact Wintrust Arena at (312) 791-6900.
BAG POLICY
In an effort to enhance public safety and the fan experience, Wintrust Arena utilizes metal detectors and enforces a clear bag policy that limits the size and style of bags allowed.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag (a clutch bag is 4.5" x 6.5" or 6.5" x 4.5", approximately the size of a hand with or without a strap).
- Camera Bags
- Cinch Bags
- Briefcases
- Computer Bags
- Non-Clear Backpacks
- Coolers (including thermos)
- Non-Clear Fanny Packs
- Luggage of Any Kind
Patrons may bring in the following bags:
- All clear bags - plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. This includes fanny packs, backpacks, or sling bags.

Arena management reserves the right to make the final determination on prohibited items. Wintrust Arena is NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items will be grounds for ejection from the Arena.
CAMERAS
Small personal cameras and disposable cameras are allowed. Use of flash is prohibited. Cameras with detachable lenses, professional cameras, or recording devices are not permitted. GoPros, iPads, and Selfie Sticks are NOT allowed.
CLUBS & LOUNGES

CODE OF CONDUCT
The BIG EAST Conference and DePaul University (“DePaul”) are committed to keeping its athletics events safe, comfortable, and an enjoyable environment for all guests. In addition to DePaul’s Fan Code of Conduct, guests should also familiarize themselves with any applicable venue code of conduct, such as the Wintrust Arena Code of Conduct. DePaul (and venue staff) shall retain sole discretion as to determinations that an individual has violated the Fan Code of Conduct, as well as any enforcement actions.
CONCESSIONS
Outside food and drink are not allowed into Wintrust Arena. Concession stands are located on the 100-level and 200-level concourses. All concession stands are cashless. A credit/debit card is required for purchases while inside the arena.
COVID-19
The number one priority of DePaul Athletics has always been, and continues to be, the health and safety of its student-athletes, arena guests, and staff. Accordingly, DePaul Athletics will actively update and implement COVID-19 mitigation protocols in accordance with federal, state, and local government guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to ensure a safe return to competition. Fans must follow all posted instructions while visiting Wintrust Arena. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending a DePaul Athletics event, you assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19.

Wintrust Arena is located at the corner of East Cermak Road and Indiana Street.

ELEVATORS
There are two elevators located on west side of the building for guests’ convenience.
FIRST AID
EMS staff are always present in the arena during DePaul Athletics events. The First Aid office is located on the Concourse level at the north end behind Section 114.
GUEST SERVICES
The Guest Services Office is located near the First Aid office behind Section 113 in the northwest corner of the arena. Guest Service attendants and ushers are available at every event to answers questions, assist and resolve service challenges, and provide various specialized services from the moment the doors open until the conclusion of each event.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and found is located on the 100-level concourse in the Guest Services Booth by Section 114.
After leaving the arena, lost items can be search through Wintrust Arena's Lost & Found Website.
MERCHANDISE
DePaul merchandise is available for sale on the concourse level of Wintrust Arena.
Merchandise can also be purchased any time online from DePaul Athletics' Official Online Team Shop.
PARKING & TRANSIT

SECURITY
For the safety of every patron, anyone entering Wintrust Arena is subject to search and must walk through a metal detector or be subjected to an electronic-wanded search. Weapons of any kinds are not allowed in Wintrust Arena or on the McCormick Place Campus.

SIGNS & BANNERS
Fans may bring signs into the arena that are no larger than 2' x 3.' Signs with sticks or those being used for advertising purposes are prohibited in the arena. Signs are subject to building approval for entry and display, and must not obstruct the view of other guests.

SMOKING
Per Illinois state law, smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, are not allowed inside the arena. The arena has a designated smoking area. Patrons caught smoking inside the building are subject to ejection.
SUITES
There are 22 Luxury Suites at Wintrust Arena located on the 200 and 300-level concourses. Access to the Suite Levels will be restricted only to ticket holders with game tickets for the Luxury Suites. Suite Levels can also be accessed by the guest elevator located in the South West corner of the facility.

Will Call: General Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the game at the Wintrust Arena Box Office. Will Call pick up windows will open 2 hours prior to tipoff.
Infant Seats: For DePaul Athletics men’s or women’s basketball events at Wintrust Arena, infants or toddlers under 36 inches in height, that will not be needing a seat and will sit on a parent/guardian’s lap, do not need a ticket to enter. If a seat must be occupied by the infant and/or carrier, a regular ticket must be purchased. Ticket policies for DePaul postseason events may differ due to guidelines set by the NCAA, BIG EAST Conference or other sponsoring organization.
Refunds & Exchanges: There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases. DePaul Athletics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.
