Inside the BIG EAST Television Show to Make 2005-06 Debut



NEW YORK - The BIG EAST Conference, in conjunction with Worldwide Marketing and Media Group, begins the second year of its weekly television show, "Inside The BIG EAST."

The half-hour program, which is driven by features on BIG EAST student-athletes, will make its 2005-06 debut on Saturday, Sept. 10.  Dave Sims is back for his second year as the show's host.  The first episode features previews on the Cincinnati, Louisville and USF football teams preparing for their first season in the league.

The show will be telecast on numerous regional cable networks throughout BIG EAST markets as well as nationally on CSTV.  To date, Inside The BIG EAST has been cleared on CSTV, the MSG Network in New York, Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, Comcast Detroit, Fox Sports Pittsburgh, Cox Sports Television of Rhode Island, WXIX in Cincinnati, WHAS in Louisville and WVFX in West Virginia.  Worldwide Marketing and Media Group (WMMG) is a sports and lifestyle marketing and media firm in New York City. WMMG is a leading supplier of packaged sports programming.
