Career Notes: Named to BIG EAST All-Academic Team in 2012. 2011-12 (Freshman) Indoor: Finished 11th in the 3,000m run at the Notre Dame Invitational...ran a season-best time of 2:32.57 in the 3,000m at the Meyo Invitational, where he finished 26th...finished 20th in the 600m at the Indiana Relays in a season-best time of 1:25.79. Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 1,500m run at the Purdue Open with a time of 4:17.3...ran a season-best time of 4:12.86 in his 14th-place finish at the DePaul Invitational. High School: As a senior, finished as the third fastest runner all-time at Masconomet at Bradley Palmer with a 16:12 time...finished in fifth place at the Cape Ann League Championships and in 16th place at the state Class B Championships...finished the regular season undefeated in both indoor and outdoor track in all of his events (indoor--1,000m, mile, two mile; outdoor--800m, two mile)...placed second at the Cape Ann League Championships in the 1,000m with the second fasted time in CAL Championship history...was team captain in his senior year and was named 2010 Cape Ann League All-League.
