2011-12 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Scored points in four out of six races, including the NCAA Midwest Regional in DeKalb, Ill...placed 20th at the UIC Home Opener with a time of 21:35.4...ran a season-best 8K time of 25:51.24 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

Indoor: Ran a career-best 1,000m time of 2:29.33 at the Notre Dame Invitational, where he placed ninth...placed third in the one mile run at the Blue Gold Invitational in 4:23.98 and fourth at the Badger Track Classic in 4:22.71...ran a personal best one mile time of 4:20.02 at the Iowa State Classic in a 25th-place finish...ran on the 4x800m relay team, which placed sixth at the BIG EAST Championships...competed on the distance medley team that finished seventh at the Iowa State Classic and eighth at the BIG EAST Championships.

Outdoor: Won the 1,500m run at the Purdue Open in a time of 4:06.86...placed third in the 1,500 at the DePaul Invitational in a career-best time of 3:56.15...finished in ninth place at both the FSU Relays and Chicagoland Championships in the 1,500...ran on the 4x800m relay team that finished second at Chicagoland Championships and fifth at BIG EAST Championships.

2010-11 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Ran in six races, earning points in both the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Regionals...finished the Bradley Classic with a season-best 8K time of 26:06...placed 18th at the Vincentian Cup Invitational with an 8K time of 22:04.

Indoor: Ran in three indoor races...placed sixth at the Notre Dame Invitational with a 800m time of 2:03.34...ran a season-best 800m time of 1:57.46 at the ISU Classic...placed 10th in the 1000m Run at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a time of 2:34.74.= ...in the 4x400m relay at the Purdue Invitational, part of a team that collected a fourth-place finish with a final time of 3:34.85.

Outdoor: Placed third in the 800m run at the ISU Duals with a career-best time of 1:54.51...picked up sixth place in the 800m at the Chicagoland Invitational with a time of 1:56.89...placed seventh at the DePaul Invitational in the 1500m run with a time of 4:05.79...ran a career-best 1500m at the Mike Poehlein Invitational, finishing with a time of 4:05.23...competed in the 4x800m relay at the BIG EAST Conference Championship, placing ninth... part of relay squad that took home eighth in the distance medley at the Raleigh Relays.

High School: Earned all-conference honors all four years...developed into a Regional Champion in his junior and senior seasons...named to the All-State team in 2008...holds Richmond-Burton Community High School record in the three-mile time...earned Big Northern Conference Scholar Athlete Award every year.
