Track and Field Competes at Lewis Invitational
Complete Results ROMEOVILLE, Ill.- Tammy Burris hit a personal season-best mark of 16.27m to take the women’s weight throw crown while Kaylah Burks won the women’s high jump as DePaul track and field competed at the Lewis Invitational Saturday. No team scores were kept in the meet as the Blue Demons contended against squads from Loyola-Chicago,
Colleen Stiles-Shields took second place in the women’s 3,000m run for DePaul while Ryan Thompson took third in the men’s long jump with a mark of 6.41m. Gabe Vargas set a personal season-best time of 6.65 in the men’s 55m dash and took fifth place in the finals.
