Freshman Gabe Harris Runs 400m at Alex Wilson Invitational
Freshman Gabe Harris ran the 400m dash to represent the DePaul track and field teams at Saturday’s Alex Wilson Invitational. Harris was the only Blue Demon to participate in the meet at Notre Dame’s Loftus Center.

SOUTH BEND, Ind.- Freshman Gabe Harris ran the 400m dash to represent the DePaul track and field teams at Saturday’s Alex Wilson Invitational.  Harris was the only Blue Demon to participate in the meet at Notre Dame’s Loftus Center.

 

Harris recorded a time of 48.37 in the race as he finished 10th.  It was his second best 400m mark of the year, behind his January 20th time of 46.87 that he set on the very same track.

 

There is still a possibility that Harris’ top mark could qualify him to run the 400m dash at next weekend’s NCAA Indoor Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
