Track & Field Begins Indoor Season
The DePaul Track & Field teams begin their 2005-2006 indoor season this Friday at the Blue & Gold Invitational in South Bend, Indiana.

CHICAGO – The DePaul Track & Field teams begin their 2005-2006 indoor season this Friday at the Blue & Gold Invitational in South Bend, Indiana.  The meet, hosted by Notre Dame, begins at 5 p.m. on the Indoor Track at the Loftus Center.

 

Seniors Kaylah Burks and Webster Jones are scheduled for the first event of the meet, representing the Blue Demons in the women’s and men’s high jumps.  Other seniors competing are Lindsey Deason in the women’s shot put and 60m hurdles, as well as Jamal Cornelious in the men’s 60m dash and 200m.  The meet will conclude with the 4 x 1 relay at 8:30 p.m.

 

The Blue & Gold Invitational is DePaul’s only scheduled meet for the month of December.
