2011-12 (Junior)
Cross Country: Competed in three races...scored at the Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind...ran a season-best time of 26:17 at the National Catholic Championships at Notre Dame.

Indoor: Competed in four different races (500m, 800m, 1,000m, one mile) at six different events...ran a career-best one mile time of 4:22.76 at the Blue and Gold Invitational while finishing second...finished fourth in the 500m at the Notre Dame Invitational with atime of 1:07.08...finished eighth in the 1,000m at the Badger Track Classic with a time of 2:32.18...ran on the 4x400m relay team that finished second at the Badger Track Classic and third at the Blue and Gold Invitational...ran on the 4x800m relay team that placed sixth at the BIG EAST Championships in 7:38.24...ran on the distance medley team that finished eighth at the BIG EAST Championships in a time of 10:07.34.

Cross Country: Competed in all seven races, earning points in six...finished in 12^th at the Vincentian Cup Invitational with a four mile time of 21:43...took home 20^th place in the BIG EAST Preview 8K with a time of 19:36...collected points at the NCAA Regionals with a 10K time of 33:04.01.

Indoor: Competed in the 1000m run, the 600m run, and the 800m run...placed third at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a 2:29.23 time in the 1000m and placed ninth in the same event at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 2:30.69...collected another third place finish at the Purdue Invitational with a 1:23.02 time in the 600m run...placed sixth at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships in the 600m with a time of 1:22.65...finished with a season-best 800m run time of 1:54.57 at the Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed in the 400m Dash and the 800m Run on the season...took home third place in the Sun Angel Classic with a 400m time of 57.83...finished the 49er Classic 400m dash with a career-best time of 50.63...took home second at the ISU Duals in the 800m with a time of 1:55.51...placed third in the 800m at the DePaul Invitational with a 1:54.69 finish...at the Chicago Penultimate, ran a career-best 800m time of 1:53.42 to take home fourth...at the Mike Poehlein Invitational, earned another top 10 finish with a seventh place time of 1:55.92.

2009-10 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Clocked a personal-record 8K time of 26:12 at the Bradley Open... scored points for the Blue Demons at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship after recording a 10K time of 34:49... ran in all seven races, while tallying points in five.

Indoor: Recorded the team's top time in the 600m at the Blue and Gold Meet after clocking a 1:23.20 to place fourth overall... placed sixth in the 1,000m at the same meet with a time of 2:30.16... ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay at the ISU Classic to help post a time of 3:21.60.

Outdoor: Won the 800m at the Chicago Penultimate with a time of 1:53.60... lowered his personal-best 400m time to 50.57 at the Mike Poehlein Invitational... helped clock a time of 3:16.49 to place 10th at the BIG EAST Championships in the 4x400m relay... placed second in the 800m at the Chicagoland Championship with a time of 1:54.10... ran in the 4x400m, 4x800m and the sprint medley relay at the DePaul Relays.

High School: Led St. Charles North to three top-10 team finishes in the IHSA Cross Country State Finals... earned three letters in both cross country and track and field... IHSA 2A State Champion in the 3,200m relay in 2008... placed fourth at the state championship in the 800m with a time of 1:54.30... two-time Upstate Eight All-Conference team member in both track and cross country... placed 38th overall during the 2008 IHSA 3A State Cross Country finals.
