2012-13 (Junior)
Finished 1st at the Northern Illinois University XC Open with a time of 19:02.34...ran a season-best 19:01.5 at the Early Bird Invitational, finishing 4th overall...placed first for DePaul in all seven of the season's events, including a 44th place finish at the Big East Men XC Championships and a 65th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2011-12 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Competed in two events...ran a season-best 8K time of 26:24.51 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

Outdoor: Won the 1,500m run at the DePaul Invitational in a career-best time of 3:52.92...finished second at the Chicagoland Championships in a time of 3:58.08...placed fourth at the Oliver Nikoloff in 3:55.55...placed sixth at the FSU Relays in a time of 3:57.94...finished in the top 10 in four out of six races.

2010-11 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Ran in six races on the season...in his first career race, placed second at the Vincentian Cup Invitational with a time of 20:54 and just behind teammate Matthew Graham...took home 14^th place at the BIG EAST Preview with a 6K time of 19:21...also earned points at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, the National Catholic Championships, the BIG EAST Championships, and at the Bradley Classic where he finished with a season-best 8K time of 25:11.

Outdoor: Took home first place in the Chicago Penultimate when he ran a 4:07.40 time in the 1500m...his career-best 1500m run of 4:00.35 gave him a second place finish at the DePaul Invitational...also ran a career-best time of 1:59.43 in the 800m run at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

High School: Two time MVP in track and field and cross country... was an all-state performer as a junior and a senior... was the captain of the track team in his senior year.
