2012-13 (Junior)
Cross Country: Finished 17th at the Northern Illinois University XC Open with a time of 19:51.12...finished 24th at the Early Bird Invitational with a time of 19:43.6.

2011-2012 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Was the only Blue Demon runner to score points in all six races, including the NCAA Midwest Regional in DeKalb, Ill...placed 19th at the UIC Home Opener in a time of 21:34.8...ran a season-best 8K time of 25:49.83 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

Indoor: Won the one mile run at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a career-best time of 4:18.03...ran a career-best 1,000m time of 2:25.40 at the Notre Dame Invitational, where he finished fifth...placed 10th at the BIG EAST Championships in 2:30.11...ran a career-best 600m time of 1:21.74 in a fourth-place finish at the Badger Track Classic...ran a career-best 1:04.78 in the 500m at the Meyo Invitational, in which he finished sixth...ran on the 4x400m relay team that finished in second place at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a time of 3:27.12...competed on the 4x800m relay team that placed sixth at BIG EAST Championships in 7:38.24...anchored the distance medley team that placed seventh at Iowa State Classic and eighth at the BIG EAST Championships.

Outdoor: Won the 800m at the DePaul Invitational in 1:53.69...won the Oliver Nikoloff in 1:52.86...finished second at both the FSU Relays and Chicagoland Championships in a time of 1:52.49...placed ninth at the BIG EAST Championships by running a 1:51.23...ran a career-best 1:50.77 at the Cardinal Twilight, where he placed second...ran on the 4x400m relay team that won the DePaul Invitational in a time of 3:21.52...anchored the 4x800m relay team that placed second at Chicagoland Championships and fifth at BIG EAST Championships.

2010-11 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Competed in all seven races, earning points in five...finished in the top 10 at the Vincentian Cup Invitational with a 21:38 finish in the four mile race...recorded a season-best time of 25:59 at the Bradley Classic Invitational 8K...completed the 10K race at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 33:39.24 to earn points for the team.

Indoor: Competed in one race, finishing in second at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a 1000m time of 2:28.47.

Outdoor: Notched a sixth-place and career-best time of 1:55.05 at the DePaul Invitational in the 800m...also competed in four 1500m run races, placing as high as 10th in the Mike Poehlein Invitational with a time of 4:03.65.

High School: He won the All-Ontario Championships 800m with a time of 1:52.51... placed fourth at Canadian Junior Nationals in 800m with a personal best time of 1:52.32... placed fourth at National Scholastic Indoor Championships.
