2012-13 (Senior)
Cross Country: Competed in two events...ran a season-best 6K time of 20:29.37 at the Northern Illinois University XC Open.

2011-12 (Junior)
Cross Country: Competed in four races, scoring in two of them...ran a season-best 8K time of 25:34.65 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

2010-11 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Competed in three varsity races for the Blue Demons, earning points in two...placed 16th at the Vincentian Cup Invitational with a time of 21:52 in the four-mile race...also ran at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational where he completed the 8K in a time of 28:12...earned points at the BIG EAST Preview when he took home 24th place in the 6K race with a time of 19:52.

Indoor: Took home second place at the Purdue Invitational in the one-mile run with a time of 4:29.75...also ran the one-mile race in the Badger Track Classic, where he finished eighth with a time of 4:30.68, and at the ISU Classic, where he finished with a 14th-place time of 4:21.77...also ran in one 1000m run, placing 13th at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a time of 2:37.06.

Outdoor: Competed in four meets for DePaul...placed second at the ISU Duals in the 800m run with a time of 2:03.24...also competed in two 1500m runs including the Mike Poehlein Invitational (with a final time of 4:17.69) and the Chicagoland (4:01.10)...ran a career-best 5000m time at the DePaul Invitational when he finished with a sixth-place time of 15:45.75.

2009-10 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Clocked a five-mile time of 29:03 at the National Catholic Championship... season-best 8K recorded at the Bradley Open with a time of 28:29...placed 34th at the DePaul Opener.

Indoor: Set a personal best at the Notre Dame Indoor Opener with an 800m performance of 1:59.20... won the 1,000m at the Badger Track Classic with a time of 2:42.39... season-best 1,000m time set at 2:38.21...helped record a 4x400m time of 3:37.22 at the Blue and Gold Meet.

Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 800m at the Chicagoland Championships with a personal-best time of 1:58.77... clocked an 800m time of 1:59.08 at the Chicago Penultimate... ran the 1,500m at the DePaul Relays in a time of 4:28.52... ran a leg of the 4x800m relay to help post a time of 8:01.18 at the DePaul Relays.

High School: Helped lead Crystal Lake Central to a seventh-place finish at the 2009 Class 2A IHSA Championship... earned all-state accolades after placing fifth in the 2x800m relay in 2009... career-best 5K time of 15:37... personal-record mile time set at 4:35... lettered in basketball, cross country, and track and field... recorded a personal-best mile time of 4:35... a captain of both the cross country and track and field squads.

Personal: Son of Kathy and Doug... older brother to Kelsey... enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
