Today In Blue Demon History:

On November 13th 2004, LeVar Seals scored 18 points and Drake Diener added 16 as DePaul beat St. Edward’s 79-56 in the final exhibition game of the season at the DePaul Athletic Center. The Blue Demons opened the game with a flurry, sprinting out to a 17-2 lead in the first five minutes of the contest behind six points each from Seals and Diener. The lead grew to as much as 19 at 34-15 with 5:06 remaining in the first half and DePaul took a 40-30 lead into intermission. Click Here for the full story.

Bid now on an original commemorative Ray Meyer print, featuring images of Meyer, MIkan, Aguirre and others from the Ray Meyer era. The print is a limited edition that was made to commemorate Ray Meyer's career at DePaul.

Ray Meyer is one of the 20 all-time winningest coaches in NCAA division 1 history. He led the Blue Demons for 42 seasons and 724 games. Meyer completed his tenure in September 1997 after 55 years of service.

Sports Report:

Volleyball: Junior outside hitter Vesela Zapryanova was named to the weekly BIG EAST Honor Roll on Monday, November 12 after helping the Blue Demons to a pair of conference wins to cap the season. Zapryanova played in every set over the weekend and keyed two four-set wins, the first at St. John's and the second at home versus Rutgers. The Sofia, Bulgaria-native led the team in kills in both matches, finishing the weekend with 36 kills and a hit percentage of .274. Click Here for the full story.
