07/27/2012 BIG EAST Recognizes 2011-12 All-Academic TeamA total of 150 DePaul student-athletes were honored by the conference 11/10/2011 Men's Basketball Hosts UT-Pan American Friday NightBlue Demons take on Broncs in 2011-12 season opener in Lincoln Park 11/03/2011 DePaul Hosts Lewis in Exhibition Game on SaturdayBlue Demons and Flyers play at McGrath-Phillips Arena at 7:30 p.m. Career Notes: Walk-on that joined the program at the start of DePaul's Autumn Quarter in September 2009... played in seven career games. 2010-11 (Sophomore): Played in five games... scored first collegiate point against Chicago State. 2009-10 (Freshman): Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team... played in two games... saw action against Mississippi State and UIC. High School: Led Morton to a 24-6 record as a senior... earned All-Area honors after averaging 14.0 points, 9.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game during senior campaign... the Mustangs reached claimed a IHSA regional title before falling to eventual champion Whitney Young in the sectional semifinals... two-time All-Conference and All-Academic honoree... earned All-Tournament honors as Morton won the Proviso West Holiday Tournament... coached by Tony Martinucci and Joe Belcaster at Morton... also played for the Illinois Mustangs on the summer circuit.
