The Records
DePaul is 9-11 overall and 4-4 in the BIG EAST Conference after losing to Syracuse, 60-55, on Wednesday at the Allstate Arena. Notre Dame is 15-4 and 5-2 after beating Providence, 81-74, in overtime on Thursday at the Joyce Center. Notre Dame is receiving votes in both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Top 25 polls.

Notre Dame leads the all-time series 52-44. The teams split both meetings last season with each winning at home. DePaul won the last meeting in Rosemont, 67-66, on February 8, 2007 while Notre Dame won at the Joyce Center, 78-54, on February 20, 2007. Current streak: Notre Dame 1.

Colin Falls scored all 19 of his points in the first half and led five Fighting Irish in double figures as Notre Dame beat DePaul, 79-54, at the Joyce Center on February 20, 2007. DePaul was led by Sammy Mejia’s 17 points.

The Coaches
Jerry Wainwright is in his 14th season as a collegiate head coach and his third at DePaul. He is 227-184 overall and 41-40 with the Blue Demons. Wainwright is 2-2 against the Fighting Irish. Mike Brey is in his eighth season at Notre Dame and his 13th as a head coach. He is 256-134 overall and 157-82 with the Fighting Irish. Brey is 5-3 against the Blue Demons.
