Qualified for the 2009 U.S. Amateur... took low amateur honors at the New York State Open in July 2009.

2008-09 (Freshman)
Earned BIG EAST Academic honors... led DePaul's four freshmen with a scoring average of 75.73... carded a season-best round of 72 on three occasions at the John Dallio Memorial and twice at the Ron Smith USF Invitational... put together best three-round total of 220 (+4) at the Ron Smith USF Invitational... tallied top finish of the season in a tie for 21st while playing as an individual at the UTSA Comanche Trace Invitational... also finished in a group at 26th at the Cal Poly Invitational and in a tie for 28th at the adidas Hoosier Invitational.

High School
Won League Championship four consecutive years and High School County Championship two years...finished fourth at the NY State High School Championship... led team to three undefeated seasons... had an individual record of 53-8-5... three-time team captain... named to first-team All-State... an All-Conference, All-County and All-League honoree... won Spike Daly Player Award... tied for first at the 2008 Lessing's Amercian Junior Golf Association Classic... qualified for the Metropolitan Amateur and the Metropolitan Open... reached the semi-finals of the Metropolitan Junior Golf event... placed seventh at the 2007 Carter Cup Invitational... medalist in Long Island Championship and Long Island Junior Qualifier... finished fourth at the 2007 Future Collegians World Tour at Mystic Dunes... a 2008 Suffolk County Individual Champion.

Son of Thomas and Geralyn Furci... has two sisters, Melissa and Maureen... plans to major in Finance.
