FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Highlighted by freshman Adrian Halimi’s hole-in-one, the DePaul men’s golf team closed out the Ram Masters Invitational on Tuesday at the Fort Collins Country Club.  The Blue Demons finished in eighth place while John Pavelko, Russell Budd and Moritz Ackerhans all finished in the top 40.

Pavelko, who entered the day in a five-way tie for 19th place, slipped in the standings after shooting a 76 in the final round and would finish in a tie for 28th.  His 28th-place finish is the seniors’ highest finish of his career.

Wichita State won the team title with a three-round total of 859. Colorado State’s Jordan Wetsch won the individual title with a tournament score of 210.
