Men's Golf Opens Spring Season
CHICAGO – The DePaul men’s golf team will be one of 15 teams participating in the Dick Wittcoff/USF Invitational in Tampa this weekend. The tourney will run for three days and will be played at the University of South Florida Golf Course.
The 15-team field this weekend includes: Arkansas State, Austin Peay, Columbus State, DePaul, Florida Atlantic, Florida Southern, Francis Marion, Jacksonville State, Marquette, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State, South Alabama, Tennessee-Chattanooga and Central Florida.
This weekend’s tournament is the first action for the golf team since playing at the UT-Chattanooga Fall Invite in October. Following the USF Invite, the Blue Demons will travel to the University of West Florida, Mar. 3-4 and then play at the Winthrop Spring Invitational, Mar. 10-11.
