CHICAGO - The DePaul golf team continues its travels this week when it heads to Lake Worth, Fla., for Florida Atlantic's Spring Break Championship at the Fountains Country Club, Mar. 29-31.

The Blue Demons join host, Florida Atlantic University, Bethune-Cookman, Connecticut, FGCU, Hartford, Jacksonville State, Lafayette, Loyola, McNeese State, Miami (Ohio), Morehead State, Murray State, Northern Illinois, Stetson, and Central Florida for the three-day, three-round tournament.

The tournament tees off with round one action at 8:30 a.m. local time with simultaneous starts on holes 1 and 10. Play will rap up with Sunday's final round, scheduled to begin at 8 a.m., on the par-71 North course, which features a layout of 6,876 yards.

The Blue Demons are coming off a 16th place finish the Memphis Intercollegiate.  Russell Budd led DePaul and tied for 55th place.  Budd carded a 78 (+6) in the final round as the Blue Demons battled unseasonably cold weather and wind in Memphis, Mar. 25-26.

Moritz Ackerhans, Jan Juelicher, John Pavelko and Adrian Halimi will also compete for the Blue Demons this weekend.

Following the Spring Break Championship, DePaul returns to the Midwest for Northwestern's Spring Break Invitational, April 15-16 at the Glen Country Club in Glenview, Ill.
