DePaul 11th after Day One of Billiken Invitational

Patterson paces Blue Demons after two rounds in 18th place.

MADISON, Ill. – DePaul’s golf team is in 11th place and Kyle Patterson is tied for 18th after the first day of competition at the annual Billiken Invitational at the Gateway National Golf Club.

Patterson opened the tournament with rounds of 73 and 70 to tie for 18th overall. Josh Scarborough had DePaul’s lowest round of the day, opening play with a 68. He is tied for 31st overall.

The final round of play is slated for Tuesday.
