Golf Enters Wiscon Corporation Invitational
The Blue Demons compete Monday and Tuesday at the Pine Meadow Golf Course in Mundelein, Illinois. Both days of competition tee off at 8:30 a.m.
CHICAGO – The DePaul golf team competes this week at Loyola-Chicago’s Wiscon Corporation Invitational.  The three-round tournament runs Monday and Tuesday at Pine Meadow Golf Course in Mundelein, Illinois.

 

The Blue Demons join a field of 10 teams that includes Chicago State, Creighton, IPFW, Lewis, Loyola, North Park, UW-Green Bay, Western Illinois and Youngstown State.

 

The tournament features 36 holes on Monday and the final 18 holes on Tuesday.  Both days of competition tee off with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.  The Pine Meadow Golf Course is a par 72 measuring 6,987 yards.

 

DePaul competes with a five-man team made up of junior Michael Gammon, sophomores Cory Blenkush and Nick Martin, and freshmen Danny Dolan and Victor Postillion.

 

The Wiscon Corporation Invitational marks DePaul’s final competition before next week’s BIG EAST Championship in Tampa, Florida.
