Yopchick Finishes In Tie For Fourth Place At Colonel Classic
RICHMOND, Ky. – DePaul finished in third place as a team and placed two individuals in the top 10 at the annual Colonel Classic held on Friday and Saturday at the Arlington Golf Club. The tournament was shortened to 36 holes due to inclement weather. Individually, DePaul was led by senior Scott Yopchick who fired consecutive rounds of 71 to finish in a tie for fourth place. Sophomore Kyle Patterson carded a 73 on Saturday and wound up in a tie for 10th place. The Blue Demons shot a 586 as a team, one shot behind second place Tennessee Tech. Eastern Kentucky won the tournament at 566.
