Golf Finishes Sixth at Missouri Bluffs Challenge



ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Matthew McMahon finished in a tie for ninth and the Blue Demons as a team took sixth at the annual Missouri Bluffs Challenge at The Missouri Bluffs Golf Club which concluded on Tuesday.

 

DePaul shot rounds of 286-284-295 to finish with an 865. Saint Louis won the team title with an eight-under-par 844.

 

Individually, McMahon, a sophomore, finished in a tie for ninth shooting rounds of 70-69-73 which one-under-par and seven shots behind the winner. It was the 13th time in his 14 career starts that McMahon has finished first for the Blue Demons.

 

Senior Josh Scarborough was second for DePaul and tied for 36th overall with a six-over-par 219.
