CHICAGO – The DePaul golf team looks to end its fall season on a positive note when it travels to Beallsville, Md. for the Georgetown Intercollegiate, Oct. 21-22. The Blue Demons are one of 12 teams to hit the links for the 54-hole event. Two rounds are scheduled for Monday and the final 18 set for Tuesday.

Set amidst the rolling Maryland farmland, Four Streams has quickly become one of Maryland’s finest golf facilities. Elevation changes abound, and the whispering fescue weaves throughout the gentle “four streams” providing the ultimate challenge.
DePaul finished in a tie for 13th place at the Erin Hills Intercollegiate last tournament. Ackerhans tied for 30th after shooting a 222 (+6). Hewett finished nine stroked behind fellow teammate Ackerhans, bringing in a 231 (+15).
