Who: Full-time DePaul students

What: Tryouts for the Men's Golf team

A student who wishes to try out for the men's golf team must e-mail assistant coach Ryan Jamison (rjamison@depaul.edu) by Friday, Sept. 9, 2011 to express interest in trying out, provide a golf resume and to receive more information regarding the process.

All students must be full-time students at DePaul. More information regarding the scheduling of physicals will be given upon receipt of the e-mail.

Students will be responsible for a $40 fee to cover the cost of the physical and are required to provide proof of primary medical insurance. Students who are unable to show such documentation will not be permitted to undergo a DePaul physical or participate in the tryout. If you have had any extensive tests done during a previous physicals (high school sports, annual, etc.) please bring those results with you.

If you are not medically cleared, you will not be able to tryout.
