2011 (Freshman): Played in 14 matches with 12 starts... first collegiate action came against Creighton... made first collegiate start at Loyola Chicago and followed that with eight consecutive starts... became a fixture in the back line during that span... took a shot against Rutgers.

2010: Did not compete on the field... earned BIG EAST Conference Academic honors.

High School: The talented defender/midfielder was an all-sectional player at Lake Forest Academy and also starred with the Chicago Fire U-18 team... named among top players in Illinois by the Chicago Tribune... competed in the Dallas Cup in 2008... teamed with DePaul freshman Art Garza on the Fire U-18 team, playing in 20 games last season and starting in 13... played on Illinois state team that won a national championship in 2007... competed on a regional team that played against teams in England and Scotland.

Personal: Son of Emilio and Maria Lunar... has a brother, Diego... majoring in Biological Sciences.
