2012 (Junior): Started in five of the six matches he competed in during the 2012 season... assisted on DePaul's only goal in the match against Western Illinois... took nine shots on the season, finishing with a shot-on-goal percentage of .556.
2011 (Sophomore): Competed in 12 matches with starts against Drake, Seton Hall, Northwestern, Georgetown and Green Bay... fired off four shots against Drake and four versus Seton Hall... had three shots on goal at Drake and two against Seton Hall... finished the season with 16 shots and eight shots on goal.
2010 (Freshman): Saw action in five matches... took one shot... earned BIG EAST Conference Academic honors.
High School: DePaul's most athletic incoming freshman was First Team All-State with the IHSSCA (Illinois HIgh School Soccer Coaches Association) and Second Team All-State with the Chicago Tribune... he also averaged 21.3 points a game on Quincy's basketball team and was recruited for that sport by Ball State, Evansville, Eastern and Western Illinois... he chose DePaul for soccer ahead of Bradley, Tulsa, Northern Illinois and Illinois-Chicago... talented defender helped Quincy open the 2009 season with 15 consecutive victories en route to a 19-3-1 record... he was a big reason why the Blue Devils had 14 shutouts and only allowed 10 goals.
Personal: Son of William and Victoria Forbes... has one brother, Tyler... enrolled in the College of Commerce.
