Men's Soccer Announces 2010 Soccer Camp
CHICAGO - The 2010 DePaul Men's Soccer Camp will be held on Saturday, July 24th at a new location, the Chicago Park District's South Field. It is located at the Lincoln Park Zoo, 200 Cannon Drive---the intersection of Fullerton Parkway (2400 North) and Cannon. The camp will be conducted from 9 a.m. until Noon. DePaul head coach Craig Blazer and his staff have led the Blue Demons to four consecutive BIG EAST Conference playoff appearances, advancing to the semifinals in 2007 and 2008 and to the quarterfinals in 2009. They qualified for the NCAA tournament in 2007 and Blazer & Co. were named BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year in 2007. For two years in a row, DePaul competed in the BIG EAST Championship Tournament and also earned the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the highest grade-point average in the conference. 2010 DePaul University Soccer Camp Philosophy: The DePaul Soccer Camp has been developed to provide quality instruction for a manageable number of players. The objective is to improve technique and tactical awareness while also sharpening the competitive, winning mentality of every player. Attending the camp will elevate the performance of aspiring soccer players, and only the first 40 players to register will have an opportunity to raise their game.
"We look forward to your participation in the 2010 DePaul Men's Soccer Camp."
