DePaul Men's Soccer Presents Overnight Camp

CHICAGO - The DePaul men's soccer team’s 2011 summer camp program will feature an overnight college camp July 17-19 for prospective student-athletes intent on playing college soccer. Overnight campers will be housed in student dormitories just like the Blue Demon soccer players and will experience DePaul campus life in the upscale Lincoln Park community. The Elite Residential Camp is for incoming high school freshmen through incoming freshmen in college. DePaul University’s head men’s soccer coach Craig Blazer and assistant coaches Hobie Hare and Craig Reynolds will direct the camp.
Elite Residential Camp (Overnight) July 17-19 at Wish Field Boys: Incoming high school freshmen through incoming freshmen in college Cost: $495 ($295 for commuters) The Elite Camp is a residential camp designed for competitive high school players, incoming high school freshmen and incoming freshmen in college (boys only) who aspire to play on the college level. Training sessions, small-sided games and full-sided games will give the DePaul staff the opportunity to provide feedback to each player over the course of the camp, while giving him a glimpse of the level of intensity needed to compete as a collegiate athlete. The Elite Camp will be held on the DePaul University’s Wish Field, home of the DePaul Blue Demons who have qualified for the BIG EAST Championship tournament five years in a row---twice advancing to the BIG EAST Final Four.
