STORRS, Conn. – DePaul’s first-round BIG EAST Conference Championship game against No. 9 Connecticut will be played at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Morrone Stadium.

Inclement weather had forced the postponement of Thursday’s originally scheduled game.

Weather forecasts call for clearing conditions Friday afternoon with no rain on Friday night.

Morrone Stadium has a natural-grass field.

Connecticut (11-2-4) is 7-0-2 on its home field and has a string of six consecutive shutouts at Morrone Stadium. The Huskies haven’t given up a goal at home since a 1-1, double-overtime tie with then-No. 15 Harvard on Sept. 11.
