Former Mississippi State standout Artem Iliushin enters his second season on the DePaul men's tennis coaching staff in 2014-15.

Iliushin lettered four years for the Bulldogs and earned All-American honors in 2012 after reaching the Round of 16 in the NCAA Singles Tournament Championship. Additionally, Iliushin was named a Capital One Academic All-American the same year.

During his senior year, Iliushin was ranked as high as No. 9 in the nation in singles play and No. 11 in the doubles rankings. He was named the SEC Player of the Week 11 times during his tenure at Mississippi State and won two SEC West team championships (2011, 2012). In 2012, the Bulldogs won the Blue Gray National Tennis Classic in Montgomery, Ala., where Iliushin was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Iliushin graduated from Mississippi State with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Finance from DePaul. He is the son of Oleg and Anzhelika Iliushin and has one sister, Bazhena.
