CHICAGO - The No. 75 DePaul men's tennis team completed its weekend sweep by defeating Green Bay 4-3 on Saturday at Lakeshore Sport and Fitness.  The Blue Demons topped Illinois State on Friday and are now 6-0 on their home court and improve to 9-5 on the season.

DePaul relied on strong singles play to win its second straight dual and halted the Phoenix's eight match winning streak. After Green Bay (8-2) won the doubles point the Blue Demons needed solid singles play to capture the win.

Filip Dzanko improved to 9-0 in the top singles spot and extended his winning streak to 14 matches with his dominating 6-4, 6-0 win over Erik Finkenbrink.

Sven Kasper gave the Blue Demons a 2-1 advantage with his straight-set victory over Felix Goepper on the third court.

Adam Reinhart put the Blue Demons in position to take the dual with his second win of the weekend.  The Blue Demon freshman dropped just two games in his impressive 6-1, 6-1 victory over Henning Jess in the No. 6 spot.

Green Bay registered wins on the second and fourth courts which put pressure on the Blue Demons.

Matija Palinic clinched the match for DePaul with his exciting 7-6 (5), 6-4 victory on the fifth court.  The win was Palinic second of the weekend and ninth of the season.

DePaul returns to the courts on Mar. 2-3 at the HEB Team Invitational in Corpus Christi, Texas.
