Men's Tennis Drops Tight Match to Western Michigan
DePaul captured both the No. 2 (Robert Kotroczo and Eric Huffman) and No. 3 (George Wang and Gabe Inchauste) to earn the doubles point and despite victories from both Jack Komar (No. 5) and Huffman (No. 6), the Broncos were able to win the other four singles matches to win the meet.
“It was an extremely disappointing night for the Blue Demons,” DePaul associated men’s tennis coach David Mullins said. “After winning the doubles point we just couldn’t close out the meet. We have a difficult weekend ahead so we can’t afford to dwell too much on this particular loss."
