Men's Tennis Falls to Oklahoma
CHICAGO -- DePaul received singles victories from Mark Henderson and Jack Komar but it wasn’t enough to stop
Henderson (No. 1) and Komar (No. 5) each won three-set thrillers while the doubles team of Eric Huffman and Robert Kotroczo (No. 2) also recorded a win but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Sooners.
“This weekend we had two great opportunities to get a ranked win and came up short on both occasions” DePaul associate men’s tennis coach David Mullins said. “With two of our key players injured today it was going to be tough to get four points on the board but we did compete. The scores today prove yet again that we are as good as these ranked teams but can't seem to get over the hump."
