CHICAGO – The No. 70 DePaul men’s tennis team heads to North Carolina for its annual Spring Break trip.  The Blue Demons are scheduled to play Campbell on Mar. 20 and then tangle with No. 33 UNC Wilmington on Mar. 23.  Both matches will be played at UNCW Tennis Complex.

The Blue Demons, who have not played since Mar. 10, are looking to rebound from a tough 4-3 loss to Brown.   DePaul (10-8) has played a tough schedule and will play its ninth ranked opponent of the season when it plays UNC Wilmington at 1 p.m. on Friday.  The Blue Demons tangle with the Camels of Campbell at 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

DePaul has combined for a 106-80 singles record, while Filip Dzanko leads the team with his 26-6 singles record. The sophomore is 15-1 in duals and has won his last three matches in the top singles spot.  Dzanko is 12-1 in the top singles position -- with nine of those victories coming in straight sets.  He is also 2-0 against ranked opponents.

Campbell (5-7) has lost three of its last five matches and is coming off a 4-3 loss to George Washington. Adrien Rossignon leads the Camels with his 16-10 singles mark and plays in the top two positions.

UNC Wilmington (10-4) boasts a 9-1 record on its home courts.  Rafael Aita boasts a team-best 10-3 record and plays in the top two singles spots.

Following DePaul’s two matches in North Carolina, the Blue Demons head to the Middle Tennessee Sun Belt Shoot Out Mar. 31-April 1 in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
