Men's Tennis Falls in BIG EAST Championship Opener



TAMPA, Fla. – The DePaul men’s tennis team had a rough debut at the BIG EAST Conference Championship, falling to Louisville 4-0 in the opening round on Friday at the USF Varsity Courts.

 

Second-seeded Louisville swept the doubles point and won three singles matches before the dual was stopped.

 

DePaul, which entered the tournament as the seventh seed, will face Rutgers in the consolation bracket on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. (CST).
