Filip Dzanko Falls in First Round at ITA Men's All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. - Filip Dzanko dropped his first round match in qualifying, 6-4, 6-1, at the 2012 ITA Men's All-American Championships on Monday, October 1 at Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa.

Dzanko was selected to bypass the past two days of pre-qualifiers and fell in the first round of qualifying against Connor Glennon of Memphis. Players must win three matches to work their way into the prestigious 64-player main draw, which begins Thursday, Oct. 4.

Filip Dzanko, who won his first five matches this fall, now holds a 5-2 record overall and was the lone Blue Demon in the tournament.
