Men's Tennis Splits Matches at Spartan Invitational

Blue Demons fall to Michigan State then rebound to beat Ball State in East Lansing.

EAST LANSING, Mich. – DePaul split both of its matches at the Spartan Invitational over the weekend on the campus of Michigan State.

In the opening match against Michigan State on Saturday, the Blue Demons their lone victory in singles when freshman Danny Wilson topped the Spartans’ Scott Rasmussen, 6-2, 6-3.

On Sunday against Ball State, the Blue Demons got singles victories George Wang, Gabe Inchauste, Jack Komar and Will Wang while the doubles teams of Eric Huffman and Inchauste and Will Wang and Komar also recorded triumphs.
