Wildcat Invitational Draws Get Acrobat Reader

CHICAGO - The DePaul men's tennis team will kick off play in another weekend tournament on Friday, sending three individuals and one doubles team to the Northwestern Wildcat Invitational at the Combe Indoor Tennis Center.

The tournament is set up with two singles draws and a third portion of round robin as well as one doubles bracket.

On Friday, freshman Kyle Johnson will take on Toledo's Tomas Stillman in the Singles "A" flight. In the "B" flight, Mathias Hambach will square off against another Rocket in Roberto Meza.

There will also be a singles modified round robin portion of the tournament, where sophomore Adam Reinhart will take on Western Michigan's Jim Beckwith and at least one other opponent on Saturday.

Reinhart and Johnson will also be competing in the doubles bracket.

In addition to DePaul, the field includes members from Arkansas, Toledo, Western Michigan, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Marquette, Purdue, Illinois State and Iowa.

All action will be indoors with play beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday and continuing through Sunday.
