High School: Helped powerhouse Whitney Young to three Public League Championships from 2009-11.... as a freshman hit all five or her free throws in the final 17 seconds to seal the Whitney's Young's first State Championship title in 2008... Whitney Young finished second in 2009 and 2010 and took fourth place in 2011... led Whitney Young in scoring in 2009 adn 2011... 1,061 career points... IBCA first-team All-State in 2010-11... No. 14 ranked point guard by ESPN... three-time all-state selection... and all-area selection... team MVP in 2009, Co-MVP in 2011... Personal: Daughter of Richard and Carla Jenkins...sister, to Chavonne, Debra, and Ryan... grandfather, Robert Jenkins (College of Law), aunt, Betty Jenkins (College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences) and aunt, Minnie Wheeler (Education), are all DePaul alumni... cousin Alexis plays for Illinois State... majoring in communications with a concentration in journalism.
