CHICAGO - This team has its sights set on a triple crown.

After the Blue Demons' 78-52 victory over Seton Hall Sunday at Wintrust Arena, they are two wins away from their third BIG EAST Tournament title in the last five years.

The BIG EAST regular-season champion advanced to Monday's 5:30 p.m. semifinal thanks to Mart'e Grays' 21 points and 10 rebounds, her third career double-double. Ashton Millender added 15 points shooting 5-of-9 from deep and Chante Stonewall recorded her second career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, and it was her second in a row.

Looking to lengthen a six-point halftime advantage, DePaul (24-7) went on an 11-2 burst at the outset of the third quarter in building a 47-32 lead. A pair of Grays free throws maintained the 15-point margin at the media timeout.

At that point, Grays had 15 points and eight rebounds---two boards shy of a double-double.

A Stonewall layup followed by a Grays three provided the biggest lead of the night to that point at 56-38 late in the third quarter. The Blue Demons entered the fourth quarter up by 17.

A Grays three-point play at the beginning of the fourth quarter made it 60-40. Millender's three stretched the lead to 23. After a Pirate foul shot, Millender buried one from beyond the NBA arc and the home team moved in front 70-45.

The Blue Demons opened the game like they meant business. Amarah Coleman hit her first two from three-point range, and along with long-distance connections from Grays and Tanita Allen, fueled a 17-4 run midway through the first quarter.

Millender got in on the long-range act as DePaul went 6-of-12 from beyond the arc on its way to a 27-17 lead after the first quarter. Coleman was active all over the court with six points, three rebounds and two steals.

Seton Hall (16-15) scored the first four points of the second quarter to draw within six. Back came the Blue Demons with nine unanswered points featuring back-to-back Kelly Campbell threes for a 36-21 lead.

The Pirates responded by closing out the period with a 9-0 run of their own. Behind Grays' 11 points and six rebounds, DePaul led 36-30 at halftime.

The Blue Demons are back at Wintrust Arena Monday for their BIG EAST semifinal that tips at 5:30 p.m. and will be televised on FS1.
