06/11/2013 Success in the Spring for DePaul Women's SoccerBlue Demons win four of five exhibition matches in preparation for fall season 2012 (Junior): Played in matches against Ohio, Pittsburgh, and Villanova, all of which resulted in wins for DePaul. Sophomore (at Foothill College): Led the Owls to their second Coast Conference Championship in as many seasons...finished her career at Foothill withsix total goals andtwo assists...served as team captain in 2011 and named First Team All-League. Freshman (at Foothill College): Helped the Owls to their first of two straight Coast Conference titles...named All-League Second Team as a freshman. High School: Captained her Irvington High School team during her junior and senior seasons...a scholar-athlete all four years...named All-League First Team as a sophomore, junior, and senior...named team MVP and earned the coach's award during her junior and senior years...competed for FC Fremont and Pleasanton Rage where she served as captain for three years...named Student of the Year at Irvington for her work in the classroom. Personal: Daughter of Thomas Denne and Laura Edwards...has two brothers and a sister...majoring in Public Relations and Advertising and with a minor in business.
