Women's Soccer Falls, 1-0
CINCINNATI – A Cincinnati goal with just under five minutes left in the match helped the Bearcats knock off the DePaul women’s soccer team on Sunday afternoon. With the loss, the Blue Demons dropped to 5-10-1 overall and 0-7-1 in Conference USA play. Cincinnati had a number of scoring opportunities as they outshot the Blue Demons, 20-0. The game-winner came at 85:52 when Kelly Rigsbee took a pass from Marie Strelka and beat DePaul goalkeeper Lindsey Deason. The Blue Demons stay on the road for two matches this weekend. DePaul plays at Drury University on Friday night at 7 p.m. They follow that match with a Sunday afternoon game at Saint Louis.
