2009 (Junior Season): Second-team, All-American and two-time BIG EAST Conference Pitcher of the Year was 26-9 with a 1.38 earned-run average and 252 strikeouts in 233.2 innings while holding opponents to a .164 batting average... led the BIG EAST in ERA and opposing batting average...in the batter's box, she hit .338 with a team-leading 12 home runs while her 49 RBI were tied with Jackie Tarulli-Fisher... Started all 53 games... fired a three-hitter and went 3-for-4 in 6-0 NCAA Regional win over Illinois... pitched a one-hitter in 2-1 NCAA Regional victory over Bradley... held Missouri to one run and four hits in 1-0 NCAA Regional finals loss... threw a one-hitter and smashed a two-run homer in 4-0 victory over USF in the BIG EAST semifinals... fired a four-hitter with a career-high 14 strikeouts in 1-0 win over Seton Hall in BIG EAST playoff opener... had a no-hitter against Rutgers... went 3-for-4 against Oregon State and had four RBI... hit two doubles against Oregon State... struck out 12 batters at Providence and UIC... tossed complete game shutouts versus Connecticut, Providence, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Seton Hall, USF and Illinois... allowed a single hit on eight occasions... recorded a save versus Southern Miss and Michigan... ranked third in the league with a .486 on-base percentage... ranked third in the conference and led the team with a .662 slugging percentage... tied for third in the league with 49 RBI... ranked third in the league with a .486 on-base percentage.

2008 (Sophomore Season): Broke DePaul school record for single-season strikeouts and finished the season with 315 Ks... named the Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I National Player of the Week and the USA Softball National Collegiate Player of the Week for the week ending April 27... earned the BIG EAST Pitcher of the Year... named the MVP of the BIG EAST Championship... Louisville Slugger/NFCA First Team All-Mideast Region - utility/pitcher... named BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week three times... finished the season with a 33-8 record... 33 wins ties the school record for wins in a season... appeared in 44 games, the most by any DePaul pitcher...her 33 victories was the 10th most in DI... threw two ho-hitters... registered four saves... season ERA of 1.37 ranked 32nd in the country... averaged 8.27 strikeouts per seven innings, the most in the BIG EAST Conference... registered double-digit strikeouts 12 times this season... career-high 14 strikeouts against Pittsburgh on May 8... threw eight shutouts and four combined shutouts... allowed just 4.1 hits per seven innings, which ranked as the 23rd lowest in the country... fifth on the team with a .269 batting average... second on the squad with 10 multiple RBI games and third with 10 multiple RBI games... third on the team with 30 RBI... logged seven home runs and six doubles... started 39 games as the team's pitcher, while appearing in 63... when not in the circle was in the line up as the designated player or at first base.

2007 (Freshman Season): Named third-team NFCA All-American as a pitcher/utility player... BIG EAST Rookie of the Year after going 10-0 in league play... twice earned the BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week honors... named a BIG EAST Academic All-star... 1.20 ERA ranked 12th in the nation... 20-6 record was the third best in the BIG EAST... fourth in the BIG EAST with 180 strikeouts... threw a no-hitter against Villanova on May 5... tied for second in the league with five shutouts... threw four combined shutouts... averaged 5.8 strikeouts appearance and was ranked 46th in the country with 8.03 strikeouts per game... started 23 games as the pitcher and 36 games as the designated player... during the WCWS, struck out six of the 12 batters faced while only giving up one hit and no runs offensively, went 1-3 in DePaul's 3-0 win over Arizona State... against Oklahoma, threw the first three innings of game two and scattered four hits and two runs while striking out one... threw a combined no-hitter against Mississippi Valley State at the Carbondale Regional... earned the win over Missouri in the regional title game by tossing four shutout innings with eight strikeouts... at the Carbondale Regional did not allow a hit in 10 innings of work while striking out 11 and walking two... in the circle held opponent's to an unprecedented .145 batting average... struck out 10 or more batters on six occasions... season-high 13 strikeouts against Southern Utah... threw a season-high eight innings against Louisville on April 22... at the plate, registered a multiple hit game on six occasions... six games with multiple RBI and a season-high three against Auburn on Feb. 10 ... had a .370 slugging percentage... led DePaul during BIG EAST play with six doubles... was second on the team with six doubles.

High School: Earned three varsity letter in softball and four varsity letters in basketball at Royal High School... named to the all-tournament team at the Arroyo Grande Tournament and Thousand Oaks Tournament... earned MVP honors at the Susan Manlet Tournament... named the Marmonte League pitcher of the year... earned first all CIFSS honors... named 2nd team all-state.

Personal: Daughter of Dennis and Susan Heteniak... sister to Erin and Veronika... mathematics major with a concentration in financial math and a finance minor.
