Blue Demons Continue Play at Wildcat Invitational

CHICAGO - The DePaul women's tennis team continued doubles play Saturday, picking up four wins at the Vandy Christie and Combe Tennis Centers on the campus of Northwestern.

Kelsey Lawson and Zaina Sufi picked up an 8-6 win over Minnesota's Pauline Gilbert and Tereza Brichacova. Jasmin Kling and Carolin Neumann took their match with UIC's Haley Craig and Kathryn Sharples, 8-4. In another third round match, Matea Cutura teamed up with Patricia Fargas to take down Northwestern's Anna Livadaru and Belinda Niu, 8-4, in the Blue Demons final match of the day.

Zhavia Gray and Jarret Fisher were also 8-3 winners over UIC's Jana Knoppe and Keti Mebuke.

DePaul will wrap up with the final singles matches of the tournament on Sunday afternoon. Stay tuned to for daily results from the tournament.
