Blue Demons Take Two Matches Saturday in Evanston

EVANSTON, Ill. -- The DePaul women's tennis team wrapped up play on day two at the Northwestern Fall Invite on Saturday afternooon in Evanston.

Patricia Fargas improved to 2-0 in the tournament by virtue of her 6-1, 4-6, 6-1 triumph over Yale's Ree Ree Li. Meanwhile, senior Kelsey Lawson posted DePaul's other singles win on Saturday, topping Yale's Caroline Lynch in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3.

The Northwestern Fall Invitational marks the Blue Demons' final fall tournament of the season. Play concludes on Sunday morning,
