Fall Season Concludes at Northwestern

EVANSTON, Ill. -- The DePaul women's tennis team finished up its fall season on Sunday afternoon at the Northwestern Fall Invitational in Evanston.

Jasmin Kling posted her first win of the tournament on Sunday, topping Northwestern's Maddie Lipp, 5-7, 7-5, 6-3. Patricia Fargas fell to No. 111 Veronica Corning of Northwestern, 6-3, 6-3. Zaini Sufi, Kelsey Lawson and Rebeca Mitrea all dropped matches to Northwestern opponents as well.

The Northwestern Fall Invitational was the fifth and final event of the fall for DePaul. The 2013-14 season resumes in January 2014 when dual matches begin.
