CHICAGO - The No. 35 DePaul women's tennis team hits the road and travels down Interstate-57 for a dual with No. 25 Illinois on Feb. 4 before hosting BIG EAST Conference foe Louisville on Feb. 6 at the Lakeshore Athletic Club.

The Blue Demons are playing their third top 35 opponent in eight days when they play the Illini at the Atkins Tennis Center on Friday at 4 p.m.

DePaul and Illinois are meeting for the fourth time and first since the 2008 season.  The Illini have won the last two duals and hold a 2-1 series advantage.

On Sunday, the Blue Demons and Cardinals are set to begin their ninth series dual at 1 p.m. at the corner of Fullerton and Lakewood.

DePaul holds a 5-3 series lead and has won the last three meetings.  Last season, DePaul topped the Cardinals on the road before taking a 4-0 quarterfinal win at the BIG EAST Championship played in South Bend.

Freshman Christiana Raymond leads a trio of Blue Demons with double-figure singles wins.  The Westerville, Ohio native leads the squad with 14 wins while freshman Kelsey Lawson follows with 13 and senior Katarina Milinkovic has 11.

Milinkovic is coming off a 6-2, 6-3 win over No. #68 Josefin Hjertquist from No. 31 VCU during the ITA Kick-Off Weekend tournament last weekend in Chapel Hill, NC.

The Blue Demons who battled, but came up short last weekend against some of the toughest programs in the country, fell at No. 6 North Carolina and to No. 31 VCU.

Milinkovic, who plays in the top singles spot, boasts a 3-1 record and has amassed 82-38 career singles record.

The Blue Demons have combined for a 30-26 mark in doubles play while Selma Salkovic and Gia McKnight lead the team with a 7-5 record.

Following this week's matches, DePaul heads out east for duals at Georgetown on Feb. 11 and then travels to Annapolis, Maryland for matches with Drexel and the US Naval Academy on Feb. 12.
