Women's Tennis Sweeps C-USA Weekend
Blue Demons look impressive as they move to a perfect 5-0 in Conference USA play with three league wins.
CHICAGO– The DePaul women’s tennis team had one of the best conference weekends in the history of the program, sweeping three Conference USA matches and moving to 5-0 in league play.

 

The Blue Demons dominated the entire weekend, winning 15 of the 17 singles matches played. Freshmen Gergana Ganeva, junior Marina Parashkevova and sophomore Brenda Leung were all a pefect 3-0 on the weekend.

 

"I was really impressed with our team, DePaul head coach Mark Ardizzone said. ” It was only our second time outside this season and we played very hard. We still need to work on finishing points in singles and doubles but overall I think we got better in every match."
