The Blue Demons volleyball team fought to the end against the Orange but came up short in Syracuse.

2011 (Senior):Registered more sets played (83), kills (138), digs (29), solo blocks (7), block assists (38), and total blocks (45.0) on the season than in any of her previous three seasons with the Blue Demons...finished fifth on the team in kills with 138...also added nine service aces...her 45 blocks tied for second-most on the team...notched a season-high 12 kills against IPFW on Sep 10 at the Cleveland State Tournament...also registered a season-high-tying five digs in that same match...added five block assists on two occasions during the season.

2010 (Junior): With 30 blocks in 34 sets played, finished with a team-high 0.88 blocks per set ratio...established a career-high in kills with 51...picked up a single-match high 10 kills in one contest against Connecticut...assisted in nine blocks at St. John's to set another single-match high for her career.

2009 (Sophomore): Recorded a career-high nine kills against Northern Illinois... finished the season with 46 kills and 33 total blocks... swung a season-best .750 attack percentage versus West Virginia... tallied seven blocks against Seton Hall... appeared in 20 contests... dished out three assists versus Seton Hall... recorded a season-high five digs in that same match...scored a season-high 13.5 points versus NIU... hit over .400 on four occasions.

2008 (Freshman): Tallied four starts and appeared in 34 sets as an middle blocker... recorded a .309 (23-6-55) attack percentage... season-high five kills against Rutgers and Bradley... tallied two service aces at Chicago State... five block assists against Valparaiso and Rutgers.

High School: Three-time team MVP... All-Conference and All-State selections... team captain as a senior... earned Peak-to-Peak Charter's Athlete of the Year accolades as a senior... finished senior season with 435 kills and averaged 2.1 digs per game... made the honor roll every semester... Colorado High School Activities Association Hero of the Week.

Personal: Daughter of Richard and Kim Katz... mother Kim was a swimmer at the University of Wyoming... sister to Duncan and Eli... majoring in psychology with a minor in biology.
