Taming the Panthers: Wisconsin Milwaukee (6-0) is having its best start since the 1999 season when they opened 9-0. They have claimed two tournament titles and landed six members of their squad on All-Tournament teams two of which were named the MVP’s of the tournament.
Wisconsin Milwaukee returns nine letter winners including five starters. Key returnees for the Panthers are seniors, Lindsey Spoden, Sarah Potts, Larissa Cattanach and junior Karen Fruit. Spoden averages 12.89 assists per game and has 13 service aces on the season. Potts, Cattanach and Fruit lead the team in kills sharing 198 between the three of them.
